Unsuccessful attempt to cheer myself up

Hi my friends!

Outside is cold, the northern wind is blowing... inside it's cozy. But looking through your blogs, one made me really sad, I even cried. I can't help myself, stories of animals always touch me... but I really hope that this one is going to have a happy end. I'll keep my fingers crossed for Sasha and Aishila! 

Anyway, in attempt to cheer myself I choose to polish my nails with most cheerful polish among my untried stash, I even try to draw something on it... and this is it.
Vani je baš hladno, puše bura... a unutra udobno. Šetajući kroz vaše blogove, jedan me strašno rastužio, čak i rasplakao. Ne mogu si pomoći, osjetljiva sam na životinjske patnje... ali nadam se da će ova priča ipak imati sretan kraj. Držim fige za Sashu i Aishilu!
Nego, u pokušaju da se razvedrim odlučila sam se za najvedriji lak koji čeka među neisprobanim, čak sam nešto i nacrtala... evo što.

I'm not happy with it, in any way. The branches are ugly, the flowers looks like fried eggs... and the polish, although pretty, looks awful on my nails, it just don't go with my skin tone. It's 'glamour 183' by Yolizul, orange neon jelly, on pics two coats, this is how it looks on its own.
Nisam zadovoljna s ovim, nikako. Grane su mi ružne, cvjetovi izgledaju kao frigana jaja... a lak, iako u biti lijep, užasno izgleda na mojim noktima, ne ide uz moj ten i gotovo . To je 'glamour 183' od Yolizula, narančasti jelly neonac, na fotkama dva sloja, a ovako izgleda sam.

The only good thing is that my Blogger is no longer in fight with Chrome .

Here comes the king... with flowers

I was surprised yesterday how many of you wanted to see some nail art on my nails, instead of just an ordinary nail polish, no matter how nice it was. Well, your wish in now granted . There is enough of flowers for all of you... even on the right hand.

Jučer me iznenadilo kako puno vas bi radije vidjelo neki nail art nego sam lak, bez obzira kako lijep on bio. E pa, želja vam je ispunjena . Ima dovoljno cvijeća za sve... čak i na desnoj ruci.

 

My inspiration for this kind of manicure is dear Maria, who's nail art skills are so impressive. You have to see it for yourself, I'm sure you'll fell in love with her art just as me.
I used acrylic paints over Catrice's 'King Of Greens', gorgeous deep green color, full of shimmer, great opacity in two coats. Maybe I overdid it with the dots, but once I start drawing on my nails, it seems I just can't stop. On following two pics you can see how the king looks on its own, two coats, no topcoat, one pic taken in the sun, the other in the shade.
Kao inspiracija za ovu manikuru poslužila mi je draga Maria, čije su nail art vještine zbilja impresivne. Morate se uvjeriti same, sigurna sam da ćete se zaljubiti kao i ja. 
Koristila sam akrilne bojice preko Catrice 'King Of Greens', predivne duboko zelene boje, pune shimmera, fantastične pokrivnosti u dva sloja. Možda sam malo pretjerala s točkicama, ali kad počnem crtati po noktima, teško mi je stati. Na iduće dvije fotke možete vidjeti kralja samog, dva sloja, bez nadlaka, jedna fotka na suncu, druga u hladu.
