Reto 3013 - Fruity inspiration

Hi my friends!

I love fruit, I really love fruit... in every shape or color . But I have to choose only one for this week's manicure. Maybe you'll guess which .
Volim voće, stvarno volim voće, u bilo kojem obliku ili boji . Ali za ovotjednu manikuru izabrala sam samo jedno. Možda i pogodite o kojem se radi .

Don't know what's the deal with this orange, I told her that she's no kiwi, but she insisted to be in the picture. For this mani I used, what else, 'one kiwi a day' from essence fruity collection in three coats. White is Eveline classic color #253 and black is Chanel 'black satin'. Also participating - dotting tool and tip painter brush. If you like the manicure, you can see great tutorial here.

Nemam pojma koji je vrag ovoj naranči, rekla sam joj da mi treba kiwi ali inzistirala je da bude na fotki. Za manikuru sam koristila, a što drugo, essence 'one kiwi a day' iz fruity kolekcije u tri sloja. Bijela je Eveline classic #253 a crna Chanel-ov 'black satin'. Takođe sudjelovali - točkalica i tip painter četkica. Ako vam se manikura sviđa, preporučam ovaj tutorijal.

Attack of the giant eggs

I had one hour for myself, so I played with my polishes . Since the Easter is so close, it had to be the Easter's theme. I was so pleased with what I've done, but seeing the pictures so big at the screen... well, it looks better in rl, even my son said it looks like I have pictures on my nails . 

Imala sam sat slobodnog vremena pa sam se zaigrala s lakićima . Kako nam je Uskrs blizu, i tema je morala biti uskršnja. Bila sam zadovoljna s ovim što sam napravila, ali sad kad vidim ovako velike fotke... eto, bolje izgleda uživo, čak je i moj sin oduševljeno izjavio kako ovo izgleda kao da imam slike na noktima.

You'll have to excuse these rude bunnies for turning their back at you, but now you can see their cute little tails. They are surprised with the attack of the giant eggs laying around in the grass.  

I used sponging, dotting, stamping, acrylic paints... I had so much fun with this and totally forgot about the time... now I'm so happy with it that I have to share it with you this very minute. What do you think of my bunnies and eggs?

Morat ćete oprostiti ovim nepristojnim zecovima što su vam okrenuli leđa, ali ovako bar možete vidjeti njihove slatke repiće. Čini se da su iznenađeni napadom divovskih jaja koja leže u travi. 

Koristila sam se spužvanjem, točkanjem, štambiljanjem, akrilnim bojicama... tako sam se zabavila da sam zaboravila na vrijeme... i sad ne mogu dočekati da podijelim i ovo s vama. Što vi kažete na moje zecove i jajčka?

Black & white nail challenge: Day 5

This was supposed to be yesterday's post, but we're all sick again, so it's postponed for today. Today's mani is 'color base with something black', I came up with this idea, hope you'll like it.
Ovo je trebalo ići još jučer, ali smo opet svi bolesni, pa je odgođeno za danas. Današnji zadatak je 'baza u boji s nečim crnim', evo što je meni palo na pamet, nadam se da će vam se svidjeti.

Love this polish, such a gentle color with awesome holo effect . The pictures are taken outside, on the sun, two coats of polish with top coat. For the manicure I used this products:
Obožavam ovaj lakić, tako nježna boja sa super holo efektom . Fotke poslikane vani, na suncu, lak u dva sloja s nadlakom. Za manikuru sam koristila:

How about some... lizard!?

I was in hurry, and it was 1 in the morning, there was no time for complicated manicure, so I did a simple one. The base color used to be Catherine Arley 801, the yellow holo... but I wanted green, which was sold out, so I added some pigments in this polish. Still not enough for what I had on my mind, but the bottle is now full... 

Bila sam u žurbi, i bilo je jedan ujutro, pa nisam imala vremena za kompliciranu manikuru nego sam odradila nešto jednostavno. Podloga je nekad bila Catherine Arley 801, žuti holo... a ja sam željela zelenog koji je bio rasprodan, pa sam u ovog dodala malo pigmenta. Još uvijek nije dovoljno za ono što sam imala u vidu, ali bočica je sad prepuna...

Pics taken outside, no sun, the holo is hardly visible, but it's there.

Poslikano vani, nema sunca, holo jedva vidljiv, ali je tu.

Now in the bottle looks green, but on nails still yellow. But, not bad at all, especially with black dots, this mani reminds me of some lizard. What do you think?
Sad u bočici izgleda zelen, ali na notkima mi se još uvijek čini žut. Ali, nije loše uopće, posebno s ovim crnim točkicama, sad me podsjeća na nekog guštera. Što vi mislite?

Blues comparison with how to part

I promised you to do a comparison of Catrice 'it blue my mind' and Opi 'yoga-ta get this blue', and here it is. 
Obećala sam usporedbu Catrice 'it blue my mind' i Opi 'yoga-ta get this blue', pa evo je. 

On both pictures, both of polishes in two coats, no top coat, that's how shiny they are. Opi is something darker, with bigger shimmer which is kinda turquoise... so, no dupes this time. I'm not disappointed... only have to think twice which is my favorite blue shade .
Na obje fotke, oba laka u dva sloja, bez nadlaka, tako su sjajni. Opi je nešto tamniji, s većim shimmerom koji baca na tirkizno... pa, od duplića ništa. Nisam razočarana... samo ću morati dvaput razmisliti koja mi je omiljena nijansa plave odnosno modre . 


Now on 'how to' part of post. I'll try to explain you how to make your own dry marble mani. What you'll need to do this...
Sad na 'kako' dio posta. Pokušat ću vam objasniti kako napraviti vlastitu mramornu manikuru, na suho. Trebat će vam...

1. polish your nails with one coat of favorite polish, the one you want to be a base color, not necessarily a choice like mine

2. in nest step, you'll do this mani one nail at the time

3. put a second coat, generous amount of polish on your nail, just one nail 

1. pređite nokte jednim slojem omiljene boje, ona koja će biti osnova za ovu manikuru, ne mora se nužno podudarati s mojim izborom
2. u nastavku radit ćemo jedan po jedan nokat
3. neka drugi sloj laka bude velikodušan, samo na jednom noktu 

4. drop some dots with other nail polishes, also generous amount of it


4. kapnite točkice kontrastnih boja na ovaj lak, ne budite preškrti

5. use a needle or a dotting tool with really small point to make a swirl on your nail, mix your colors, play with it 


5. poslužite se iglom, pribadačom ili točkalicom sa super tankim vrhom i kružite po noktu, pomiješajte boje, zaigrajte se

6. repeat all on a next finger


6. sve ponovite na idućem prstu, noktu

After you're done with all nails, make sure to put a speed dry top coat, because now you have a really thick layer of polish on your nails. With this mani you can't fail, every single nail is unique, that's why I love it so much.

Nakon što ste gotovi sa svim noktima, obavezno stavite brzosušeći nadlak,, jer sad imate prilično debeli sloj laka na noktima. S ovom manikurom ne možete pogriješiti, svaki nokat će vam biti unikat i zato mi se tako sviđa.

Joy with dots

This lovely polish was waiting for its walk in the sun too long... it was a gift from dear Dolores, and yes, she's back !
It's Joy 353, gorgeous violet (mine kind of color) with lots of shimmer and tiny glitters, which you can see better on pics taken in the shade (the last two)... but I didn't want to leave it just like that so I added some dots, irregular and in no form, just layered them on my nails (with Essence 'viva la green').
Ovaj krasan lakić je predugo čekao da ga prošetam po suncu... bio je poklon od drage Dolores, i da, ona nam se vratila !
To je Joy 353, krasna ljubičasta (moj tip) s tonom shimmera i glittera, kojeg ćete bolje vidjeti na fotkama poslikanim u sjeni (zadnje dvije)... ali nisam ga htjela ostaviti samog pa sam dodala točkice, nepravilne i bez forme, samo ih nabacala po noktima (s Essenceovim 'viva la greeen).
