Christmas Great Challenge - Santa Claus

In a nick of time, here's my entry for this week theme:

U posljednji čas, ali ipak, evo i moje manikure na ovotjednu temu:

Ever since I saw this manicure, done by very talented Lydz, I knew I had to try something like it myself. Unfortunately, I didn't had so much time, so I did only one chimney with only one Santa... but he's super fast and I bet he visited all of you... if you were good, of course . 

Let me introduce you to my little helpers:

Otkako sam vidjela ovu manikuru, koju je kreirala talentirana Lydz, znala sam da i sama moram probati nešto slično. Na žalost, nisam imala vremena na pretek pa sam nacrtala svega jedan dimnjak s jednim Djedicom... ali on je brzica i kladim se da je posjetio sve Vas... ukoliko ste bile dobre, naravno .

Christmas Great Challenge - Christmas Scene

Hi there!

Ok, I had something like this in my mind... but I ended it with this:

Zamislila sam to više ovako, ali na kraju sam završila s ovim:

We have snow, Mr. Snowman, Christmas Tree, gifts... enough for one Christmas Scene, agree!? I like the tree, but I'm not sure for the rest of this manicure. How about you?

Imamo snijeg, G-dina Snjegovića, Božićno drvce, darove... dovoljno za Božićni prizor, zar ne!? Sviđa mi se drvce, nisam baš sigurna za ostatak manikure. A kakva je Vaša presuda?

Christmas Great Challenge - Christmas Decoration

Hi there!

Can you even imagine any Christmas without lights? I can't, that's why I decided for Christmas Lights as my favorite Christmas Decoration.
Možete li uopće zamisliti Božić bez svjetla? Ja ne mogu, zato sam se odlučila za lampice kao omiljen Božićni ukras.

As so many times before, the manicure looked better in my head, but this morning, in sunshine, it looked more presentable. I used China Glaze 'it's alive' which is Halloween green instead of some of Christmas greens, but this one is glitter, and one of my favorite polishes, so I'll take any chance to wear it. I draw the cord, then places the little bulbs on it... Let's the time of happiness and joy begins, switch the lights on!

Kao i masu puta ranije, manikura je bolje izgledala u mojoj glavi, ali jutros na suncu, stvari se nisu činile tako lošima. Za podlogu sam odabrala China Glaze 'it's alive' koja je Halloween zelena umjesto neke malo više božićne, ali ovaj glitter je jedan od mojih najdražih lakova pa koristim svaku priliku da ga prošetam. Nacrtala sam kabel, a onda na njega smjestila žaruljice... Neka vrijeme sreće i radosti započne, upalite svjetla!

Christmas Great Challenge - Christmas Tree

I joined one of the Christmas challenges, this one is by lovely Sara from LovingCosmetic blog. It'll look like this:

Pridužih se jednom od Božićnih izazova, ovog je kreirala ljupka Sara s LovingCosmetic bloga. Izgledat će ovako:

So, this week's theme is Christmas Tree. For a years I was admired to great white trees that you can see in some malls... one year I decided that I want my Christmas Tree to look just like that... but guess what - I didn't like it. White, blue and silver are cold colors, and I like Christmas because of all the red, green and gold that look so warm and comfortable. But, I bet it won't look that bad on nails.

Dakle, ovotjedna tema je Božićno drvce. Godinama sam se divila bijelim stablima koje možete vidjeti u nekim trgovačkim centrima... i jedne godine odlučila da moje Božićno drvce mora izgledati baš tako... ali znate što - nije mi se svidjelo. Bijela, srebrna i plava su hladne boje i nikako mi ne idu uz Božić za kojeg ipak vežem crvenu, zelenu i zlatnu koje su ipak puno toplije i ugodnije. Ali, na noktima ne bi trebalo izgledati tako loše.

I used China Glaze 'skyscraper' and 'snow' with Avon 'silver foil' and essence 'crack me! white' which I applied with sponge on base of some of my nails. I like how this looks, how about you?

Koristila sam China Glaze lakove 'skyscraper' i 'snow', te Avonov 'silver foil' i essence 'crack me! white' koji sam nanijela spužvom na bazu nekih noktiju. Sviđa mi se kako izgleda manikura, a Vama?
