All you need is some water when you can wet your decals, and that's it. Don't be fooled with blow dryer, you don't need that, cause they dry instantly.

I used white polish for background. When polish was dry, I cut out the patterns, dropped them in the water for some 10-15 seconds, then placed them on my nails and pressed them. I sealed the manicure with topcoat. See, can't be easier, and the result is always great .
