Laundry day

Hi my friends!

Saturday seems like a good choice for a laundry day - if you have a job than you probably won't work today , so it's time to catch up with some housekeeping tasks.

Subota je obično dan za pranje rublja - ako radite, danas vjerojatno imate slobodan dan pa je vrijeme da se nadoknade neke stvari doma. 

I washed my laundry . But now I see that my mint blouse with black collar and black buttons, have a stain, I guess I'll have to wash it one more time .
I was asked what's the purpose of this manicure... There are some things in our life that doesn't need a purpose or deep meanings, they are here just to make us happy, to charge our batteries and help us through the day.

Oprala i ja rublje, eno se suši . Ali sad vidim da je na mint bluzici s crnim ovratnikom i dugmićima ostala mrlja, morat ću je oprati ponovo .
Pitali su me koja je svrha ovakve manikure na noktima... Postoje neke stvari u našim životima koje ne trebaju imati ni svrhu ni dublje značenje, ovdje su samo da nas usreće, napune nam baterije i pomognu izgurati dan.

Still wearing the same mani... almost

I had another visit from my favorite postman . This is the item I was looking forward the most.
Moj omiljeni poštar me opet posjetio . Ovom sam se najviše radovala:

It's my 'glows in the dark' polish ! I purchased it with some other goodies from BornPretty Store. I wanted to try it immediately, but my cling wrap manicure still looks great... so I just put a two coats of it over that manicure. The polish is sheer, yellowish color, it dries mat, and it looks kinda like a mat topcoat. It dries pretty fast but it smells bad . Now my mani looks like this:
Evo mog 'svjetlećeg u mraku' lakića . S još par stvarčica kupila sam ga u BornPretty Store-u. Htjela sam ga odmah isprobati, ali posljednja manikura se još uvijek super drži... pa sam samo nanijela dva sloja preko nje. Lak je proziran, žućkast, suši se mat, i izgleda kao mat nadlak. Suši se prilično brzo ali zato smrdi . I sad moja manikura izgleda ovako:

That pink is muddy now... but that wasn't my problem. Oh no... I had a BIG problem with my camera, it  just canceled obedience when I turned of the lights. I don't know why, I guess my camera is afraid of the dark . No matter what I did or tried, there was no chance for a decent picture. This one is the best:
Ona roza sad izgleda nekako blatnjavo... ali nemam problema s tim. O ne... ali sam zato imala TONU problema s kamerom koja je jednostavno otkazala poslušnost istog trena kad sam ugasila svjetlo. Ne znam zašto, izgleda da mi se fotić boji mraka . Bez obzira što uradila ili probala, jednostavno se nisam uspjela dokopat pristojne fotke. Ova je još najbolja:

Maybe it's my fault, maybe I should do complete manicure with this polish, I bet that would look better... ok, I'll do that next time, but I was too excited and I wanted to show this to you as soon as possible.
What do you think of this kind of polishes?
Vjerojatnije je ipak moja greška, trebala sam napraviti kompletnu manikuru s ovim lakom, sigurno bi onda izgledao bolje... i hoću, drugi put, ali sam bila preuzbuđena njime i htjela vam ga pokazati odmah. 
Što mislite o ovoj vrsti lakova?

Pink came first

Have you heard for 'saran wrap' manicure... or 'cling wrap' manicure? Probably... I like the way it looks so I just had to try it on my own. Here's my version of it:
Sigurno ste već vidjele ovakve manikure, ne znam niti kako da ih prevedem (manikure s najlonom ili ukrasnim papirom?). Meni se sviđa kako izgledaju pa sam morala i sama probati. Evo prvog pokušaja:

                               

I used China Glaze 'something sweet' and Aura 'Lotus Rouge' to create this. If you wondering how to do it, Lydz from Sekhmet's Purple Castle has made a nice tutorial for us all. It's fun to do it, and the result is so cool, at least - not an ordinary one polish manicure .

Upotrijebila sam China Glaza 'something sweet' i Aura 'Lotus Rouge' za manikuru. Ako se pitate kako je napraviti, Lydz s bloga Sekhmet's Purple Castle napravila je zgodan tutorijal za sve nas. Proces je zabavan a krajnji rezultat baš cool - bar nije obična jednobojna manikura .

Rainbow Skittles

It's too hot for anything... even for nail polishing. So, no big ideas, no splendid results, just a simple manicure with rainbow colors.

Prevruće je za išta raditi... čak i za nokte lakirati. I tako, ništa od velikih ideja, od zadivljujućih rezultata, tu je jedna sasvim jednostavna manikura u duginim bojama.

I'm sorry that orange tip over red on my thumbs is not too visible... I'm not too happy with this manicure but it will last for a day, at least. 

Žao mi je što se na fotkama narančasti vrh preko crvene na palcima baš i ne vidi... ma i nisam baš zadovoljna s ovom manikurom ali izdržat će barem dan.

I fell in love instantly in these water decals with Chinese's traditional masks (at least, I think that's what they are), you can find it on there site under  code WDBLE1310. They have very neat package with plastic zipper, which is great for storage, I found it very useful. The decals have plastic foil for protection, so you'll have to remove it before do anything else. 

Odmah sam se zaljubila u ove naljepnice s kineskim tradicionalnim maskama (barem mislim da je to to), a možete ih naći na njihovoj stranici pod kodom WDBLE1310. Došle su u super pakiranju s plastičnim ziperom koji je super za kasniju pohranu. Naljepnice imaju i plastičnu zaštitnu foliju, preporučam odstranjivanje prije no što napravite išta drugo.

You cut the ones you want, dip them in the water for a minute and gently slide from the paper on your nail. Easy as a piece of cake! Also, they have no bumps or 3D effect so you can wear them without fear of get stuck on something with your nail - that's why I love water decals the best. After placing them on your nails cover them with a top coat and you're ready to show them to the world. 

Izrežete one koje mislite upotrijebiti, uronite ih u vodu na minutu a onda lagano gurnete s papira na nokat. Prelagano! One nemaju ni kvrga ni 3D efekt pa ih možete nositi bez ikakvog straha da ćete negdje zapeti noktom - e zato najviše volim vodene naljepnice! Nakon što ste ih smjestile na nokte, pređite ih nadlakom i spremne ste za pokazivanje. 

I used my beloved 'sea spray' from China glaze as a base. I love how they look! What do you think?

Is revvvolution worth the risque!?

How do you handling the heat, do you enjoy it or despise it? I'm praying for November's rains . Now, that we clear on this subject we can go to a next one - nails, of course.

In my last manicure the holographic polish wasn't visible enough, so I decided to wear some of my holos again, two of them in same time.
Kako podnosite vrućinu, uživate ili je mrzite? Ja osobno se molim za početak studenog i kiše . Sad kad smo to raščistili, možemo na iduću temu - na nokte, naravno.
U posljednjoj manikuri holo ljepotan baš i nije bio nešto vidljiv pa sam odlučila iznijeti neke od svojih holića, i to dva istovremeno.

The polishes involved are: 'revvvolution' and 'worth the risque' by Color Club. It's a simple manicure, but I love the simplicity of it . And I believe, that polishes as gorgeous as these two, doesn't need any extra decoration.  

Do you agree?
I'll send this manicure to Une Ruxi a Paris: Gradient contest, if you haven't send yours you still have time till the end of the month. I'm not expecting to win, but I love the manicure and I want it to be seen.
Lakovi su 'revvvolution' i 'worth the risque' od Color Club-a. Manikura je sasvim jednostavna, ali ja i volim njenu jednostavnost . I vjerujem, da ovako krasnim lakićima i ne treba dodatna dekoracija.
Slažete se?
Manikuru ću poslati i kod Une Ruxi a Paris, na natječaj za najbolju gradijent manikuru, ako niste poslali svoju imate vremena do kraja mjeseca. Ne očekujem pobjedu, ali mi se manikura sviđa i rado bih da bude viđena.
